Parker Collins Family Mental Health has an opening for a postdoctoral candidate to join our dynamic and growing team of skilled mental health professionals. This position entails providing psychological assessments and therapy to individuals, couples, and families in an office setting. Ideal candidates are highly trained to work with complex and severe trauma, MI/CD presentation, school age and adolescent kids, and are very system/family focused. Other qualities sought are self-motivated psychologist who wants the freedom to develop programs, provide leadership, and join a fun team environment.
Candidates must have or commit to develop a majority of these qualifications:
• Trauma-informed training such as EMDR, TF-CBT, or AIR Network Model
• Psychological assessment competency for ages five and up
• Multicultural respect and approach to services
• Experiences and skill with treating school age children
• Experiences and skill with treating adolescents
• Ability to engage parents in child focused treatment
• MI/CD training and experience
• Skilled at keeping detailed, accurate, and timely records
• Collaborative and team relationship orientation
• Solid references with a positive message
