Parker Collins Family Mental Health, PLLC is proud to offer flexible spaces and flexible pricing, so you can find the space that works best for your needs and your budget. Once you have reviewed all the information and chosen the proper package, please fill out the Rental Form below.

- OFFICE SPACE (4-7 MAX depending on size)
- Typically used for group meetings, private temporary office.
- Will have a chair, table, and lighting available.
- Cozy and well decorated setting.
- CONFERENCE ROOM (23 MAX)
- Typically used for large meetings, presentations, and gatherings.
- 10 tables available with pairs of chairs to each one.
- TV available on a moveable table.
- SHARED AMENITIES
- Large kitchen downstairs and small kitchen upstairs; containing a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker(s), and sink.
- Multiple bathrooms.
- Door access to the rear of building for fresh air or picnics. Additionally a walking path around the business strip. Wheelchair accessible from the rear of the building.
- Large parking lot.
- A/C & Heating system controlled separately for upstairs & downstairs.
- Clean environment; professionally cleaned at least once a week.
- Others by request.
Click on the image on the left to get access to the sample set of equipment that we utilize. If you need to utilize our equipment, please make that request and we will review it. We typically ask our renters to bring their own equipment that they are comfortable setting up.
Please click here to see the sample agreement form. This will be given to you once your rental time/date has been approved. It will need to be signed along with the payment. A link will be sent to you to process payment online. We accept many different forms of payment. You will have 3 days to pay after the rental time/date has been approved. After that time, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed. We expect that our renters treat our equipment with care and not interrupt any of our team members while they are working.
